ORDERS AND PAYMENT
1. Order Acceptance - All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
2. Turn-Around Time for Orders - You, the customer, acknowledge that when placing an order online or making a custom order, such item could take up to 2-5 weeks to be received by the consumer. You understand that all pieces are unique and made-to-order by the hands of our jeweler, not mass produced. At Neuf Jewelry, we value individuality, integrity, and quality and we will not compromise on the hand-crafted standard of our pieces.
3. Pricing - All prices on our website are in USD and are SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. DUE TO THE EVER-CHANGING PRICES OF GOLD AND OTHER MATERIALS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RAISE THE PRICE OF OUR PRODUCTS AS WE SEE FIT. We strive to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur.
4. Payment - We accept debit or credit payments through our credit card gateway. Payment must be received before your order is processed and shipped.
5. Taxes - You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to your purchase. Taxes through neufjewelry.com are at a universal rate of 9.5% and cannot be negotiated due to the ever-changing demand of materials. The minimum combined 2024 sales tax rate for Los Angeles, California is 9.5%. This is the total of state, county and city sales tax rates.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. Shipping - We offer various shipping options. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
2. Delivery - Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Risk of Loss - Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delviery to the carrier.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. Returns - If at any point you are not satisfied with your purchase and are requesting to return, a 20% re-stocking fee is held liable to the customer. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Refunds - Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Return Process - To initiate a return, please input a request through our contact link. A respresentative will be in touch with you within 3-5 business days regarding your return.
